The clipboard buttons always appear in the same spot!

Instead of the floating menu I've seen in other Android versions, which unpredictably appears in a different spot on the screen, often with varying content and command positions, sometimes with commands I want on the "next page", sometimes failing to appear at all, I always see a bar across the top of the screen with the buttons in the same place every time.

This is so much more efficient I struggle to even quantify it.
